Day 1: Arrival – Antigua Guatemala (Unguided)
Our team will meet you at the La Aurora International Airport and will take you to the city Antigua Guatemala. (45 minutes)
Day 2: Cultural walking tour Antigua
After breakfast it is time for our journey to the ruins and museums that combined with the old cobbled streets keep the stories and legends of those colonial times.

Day 3: Chichicastenanago / Lake Atitlan
After breakfast, around 8:00 a.m. we will head to Chichicastenango (2.5 hr) to enjoy the multicolored market, where the scent of incense and the people's mysticism promises a unique atmosphere, bargaining of prices, and a church with mixed Mayan and Catholic traditions. This is a market that every Thursday and Sunday appears and disappears as one of the ancient commercial traditions of the Guatemalan highlands and that now delights the visitors.
In the afternoon transfer to Panajachel. (1 hour)

Day 4: Atitlan Lake
This morning you will take a scenic boat ride across Lake Atitlan (30min) to the village of San Juan La Laguna where you can visit the women’s textile cooperative to see hand weaving and the natural dye process. Visit the studios / homes of the celebrated naïf painters, and the then continue to the village of Santiago where you will have lunch in Hotel Posada Santiago. After lunch you will continue your tour to the village visiting the Maya God Maximon and learn about the textiles, spiritualism and beliefs of the T’zutujil Maya.
After we finish our visit to these magnificent towns, we will be transferred to Antigua

Day 5: Yaxha National Park
Early in the morning we will travel to the La Aurora International Airport, where we will take a flight to Flores, Petén. This is a short 45 minute (approximately) flight.
Our team will greet you at the Mundo Maya International Airport and then we will take you to your hotel for a nice breakfast. Afterwards you’ll board our bus and head towards Yaxhá National Park. The series Survivor-The Mayan Empire was filmed in this beautiful Maya city. Yaxhá is located in the banks of the Yaxhá Lake; here we will walk through their causeways under an exuberant tropical forest, where howling monkeys flood the atmosphere with their howls to impress the females or to move away an intruding male in their flock. We will climb some temples that are the photographers' accomplices, as they offer wonderful views. We will conclude the day in the high part of the temple 216, the highest structure in the place,
Lodging in Flores Island (B)
Day 6: Tikal
After breakfast we depart for Tikal National Park, where we will be guided along the paths of the most important city in the Mayan world. Abundant wild life, the Mayan forest, temples millennial silent witness of the birth and splendor as well as of the collapse of one of the most important civilizations in the planet, all of this is in our visit to Tikal, the City of the Voices. In the afternoon return to the airport to take the return flight to Guatemala City.

Day 7: Back Home (Unguided)
Breakfast and Transfer to the airport in time to catch the international flight.
